A renovation for an existing building, built in 2010, was going to accommodate many students from university.

Problem:
• Adding a toilet set to all units as well as changing the piping from S-trap to P-trap.
• Different layout but same requirement.
• Adding many walls to the existing structure.
• Low budget for 64 units.
• Limited time.
Solution:
• Adding platform to the existing toilet to keep the S-trap workable.
• Furnishing the small units with three bedrooms was a bit challenging but we approached with a compact living set.
• Using light weight concrete block to construct the wall and for some places gypsum boards.
• Some of the units could be stereotyped from each block.
• We could manage the drawing completion with meeting the client every week.
